MARKET ANALYTICS NOTICE

Market Analytics International was alerted that individuals are posing as employees and inviting people via their LinkedIn network to become paid part time agents of our company. These individuals are using the Market Analytics name and logo but not a legitimate Market Analytics email.

These are NOT requests from our company and as a result, DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE INQUIRIES. THEY ARE PHISHING SCAMS AND CAN RESULT IN RECEIVING FRAUDULENT CHECKS ALONG WITH ASSIGNMENTS.

We are taking numerous proactive steps to end this scam. However, since we are not the only victim, here are steps you can take:

If you have been contacted via LinkedIn

Report the scam to LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/TS-RPS

If you received an email

If the sender’s email is @marketanallytics.com report the phishing attempt at – https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/SpamAbuse.aspx

If the sender’s email is @gmail.com report, the phishing attempt to Google – https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse

If you received a check

If a check was received via mail, please report the tracking number to the carrier’s Fraud Department. They can flag the sender’s account as fraud and stop future checks.

If you have cashed a check

Contact your bank immediately to report the fraudulent check.

As a victim of a fraudulent check, you should file a report to your local police department.

If you have followed the instructions and purchased the Walmart Gift Cards and provided the card numbers

If you purchased another retailer’s gift card, contact their fraud department.
